To attend, be ‘self attentive’, is to cease all doing, not seek anything but just look at what is already here. Allow the mind to be completely empty, remembering all effort is an illusion, true nature is effortless, stillness, attentive unknowingness if you will. To rest in this attentiveness and recognize boundless awareness is to free oneself of junks and illusions of separateness – leaving only what is limitless, oneness and peace.
